There's a small red light district a block off Reaperbahn.

At the entrance, at one of the first windows there's one hot white German looking chick, with a nice smile.

I'm aware of tricks RLD girls usually pull so I negotiated the services very specifically. She agreed and let me in.

I paid her 100 E as agreed and she left the room for a minute. Came back with another ugly fat girl. Turns out this scam is a bit less subtle, basically they don't give you any services, the girl I paid for didn't even take any of her clothes on. The "service" I was offered is to lay down, have them put a condom on my flaccid dick, and jerk me off. That's what you get regardless of what was discussed.

There's no way to avoid this scam because they simply agree to whatever you want and after taking your money you don't get shit.

You can look at Hansaplatz, Brennerstraße or Steindamm, that is where the drug addicts and gypsies hang around.

You can get FS for 30 €, but avoid LE as soliciting for prostitution is illegal in that area, otherwise you'll be fined and receive a letter at home.

There are many, but I'd actually start with Lusthaus. CC and check reviews and then see where the "escort" posted her ads. After a bit of time, you'll have a venn diagram of what you might find most useful AND you'll have already researched the ladies.
