The Achterdam in Alkmaar has approximately 70 windows. It used to be about twice as big, but the authorities have closed a lot of windows.

I think the RLDs in Alkmaar and The Hague are your best bet. Although IMHO there are no more really good RLDs in the Netherlands.

The RLD at the Geleenstraat and Hunsestraat in The Hague is a (approximately) 50 minutes train ride from Amsterdam Central Station to The Hague Central Station, plus a 10 minute walk or a short tram ride.
Or alternatively you can travel to The Hague Hollands Spoor Station (The Hague HS), and walk from there. This walk is a bit shorter than from the Central Station.

I will be visiting Amsterdam for the first time in mid-August. It will follow visits to Vienna, Prague, and Berlin, where I expect to find more than adequate female company.
