Best value for money in Poland I think you get at the massage places. I was curious myself about the FKK-like description, but it seems like they've been running into problems with the authorities as of late. Here's a news article from only a week ago, which seems like there was just a new raid there in addition to the one that occurred about a year ago. Skimming through it, didn't really see anything about customers getting tangled up in that.
