Man, those are the two classic brothel joints of Barcelona that go way back. I don't think I have ever had a really bad session in either of these two places. It has been mediocre a few times, but mostly good or excellent through the years. My preference has always been TD, while a monger buddy of mine prefers Felina. - New to me is that you are only paying for your time in the room ("room rental"). Say you pay for 1 h, but finishes within 30 mnts, you can leave the room and ask for a refund for the half hour not used. Also, if your session with your chosen one does not turn out the way you wanted, you can ask the girl to leave the room and ask for another girl the remaining period of your paid time. No hard feelings.

Generally speaking (based on my recent BCN visit at multiple clubs) the girls are free to decide if they want to provide BBBJ or not. BBBJ is either not provided, provided for free (in particular at the highway clubs outside Barcelona), or provided for a small fee (20- 30E). Look how much better Felinas does at getting English speaking customers to the front door.

Detailed instructions, the identification of the nearest metro stop, and an actual picture of the front door.

Marketing matters.

Personally, I think that explains most of the Felinas "preference" as it relates to it having relatively more reviews on this English speaking board that has a lot of first time visitors. Nobody makes it easier to get to that front door than Felinas.

If they want more tourists, the other places can learn a lot from Felinas.

I do appreciate your effort to direct everyone to the low-cost / value for money places in Barcelona, but in doing so you are misjudging some of these places a bit IMHO. Have you guys ever been at La Suite? I can for sure tell you that there is no need to accept lowstandard service at La Suite. I agree the place is too expensive, but at least they try to deliver a quality product. I don't think you can take that away from them

My post was just a knee jerk reaction, as I am just conveying a story. I wasn't intentionally trying to steer business towards a low cost place, I was just shocked that my " experienced " friend paid so much more than I, and got bad service from his date. I will reach out to him and find out who the girl was that he saw. The reason that he picked it was for the nice incall place that they provided, close to where we were staying by the Tarragona metro station.

I appreciate your report of la suite Bcn because we can all believe it.

I admit to being frustrated by the many reports on ISG of what I call the large commercial brothels that have no pricing, have exotic salutations, and have long introductory details as to why the reviewer was in town. Perhaps they are real, but they are just not written the way most johns, like you, write a report.

To answer your question, I feel I do have enough experiences to compare and contrast the two venues, and I personally know enough guys who have been to both, to feel there is just not a lot of differences in looks and performance to justify the price difference.

I have no doubt that the la suite Bcn ladies are attractive. I found two of the three Felinas ladies I have seen to be an 8 or a 9. If the la suite Bcn ladies are Felina's best, I have no doubt there are 8's, 9's and 10's there. Although I observed many ladies in the lineup at Felinas that were much less than 8's. I just didn't pick them.

However, I would rate one of the Farell X ladies I saw a 10 and the other one an 8 in terms of looks. And I would rate the Gran Via / Padilla cutie I saw as either an 8 or a 9. I completely salivate over the pictures of Barbie of teensbcn and the guy who wrote a review of her on ISG said the pictures were accurate.

So I just haven't personally experienced a downgrade in terms of looks. Smuler has reviews of various places, so his comparisons and contrasting are more useful than mine. And HungryStud is a very honest guy with reviews all over the world, so if he seemed more pleased with Farell X than what he saw at Felinas and its attached massage place, that means a lot to me.

Well, I do not want to come out as an expert here based on my one and only visit. Maybe I was "lucky". Actually I was on my way to Devorah Suites (a low cost place appreciated by many on this thread) and mixed up the the two places. Anyway, I found myself at La Suite and was shocked when the madam explained me the prices (100 E /30,180 E /60). I asked if DFK / BBBJ / DATY were included, and was told that BBBB was extra 50 E. I could have run out the door of course, but thought to myself let's make an exception here and see what happens.

This is what happened:

1. I was given a presentation. Only three girls available, but the three girls were all a notch above anything I had seen at any of the about 10 places I had been to in Barcelona optically speaking. Very beautiful and "high class", model material, and young (early 20's). Based on this one limited visit my conclusion is that the girls are carefully selected. Picked Rebecca, a 20 yo Filipina.

2. The service I was given was superb. I am not just saying this because DFK / BBBJ / DATY / CFS were provided (those services are pretty plain vanilla), but the quality of HOW the services were conducted. I had no high expectations from a 20 yo, but the quality of the services were striking. Fantastic DFK as much as I wanted, but in particular the BBBJ was superb with plenty of DT and BLS. VERY willing to please and take directions. And she was tight. Quality all the way.

3. The facilities are top notch (similar to Top Damas) creating a luxury feel to it. Madam friendly and professional.

Summary:

Calipso Club claims to be the biggest brothel in Barcelona, and it has been speculated on ISG that it is the owners of the closed down club of fame, Riviera Club in Casteldefels, that are back in business with this fairly new-opened club (2015?). I cannot verify. But let's be clear: Calipso is no Riviera. It has fewer girls (40/150), less diversity, and a much less stellar line-up. But it does have favourable pricing (80 E /60) and IME very good service standards (DFK / DATY / BBBJ / CFS included in standard fee).

Can I recommend to others?
Well, you got to go for the right reasons. It's good value based on session fees and service standards, and if you do not mind the extra travelling. There are opportunities here, but don't go if jaded / picky expecting stellar line-ups. This is NOT Riviera Club. Yet / If ever.

Will I return?
Yes, I will gladly return to check if things are improving. I did have a good time, the club has potential (big size, can expand), pricing and service standards are very good, but as of today it lacks a good enough line-up IMO to be a top club.

Selection:

Rumoured to have up to 40 girls at peak times, but around 30 girls on the day I visited (weekday). Could be. I counted around 15 - 25 in the bar at anyone time with some circulation. A mix of Romanians and latinas (60/40?). No Russian or local girls as far as I could observe. Age: Between 23 and 40?

Quality of line-up:

Very average. FWIW I am not able to identify any of the girls on the club's website (IMO it does not give a clear picture of what is available). Ignore the lesser half (older / bigger). No highlights, but a few goodlooking girls (3- 4 targets for me). Unless you are only looking for skinny top models you can easily have a good time here.

Ambience:

- One small bar cut off by a curtain in the end (can easily be expanded if more girls / guests). Plenty of barstools. Surprisingly relaxed for a Spanish bar. Few gents on my visit.
