That's the difference between Thailand and Spain, or even Europe in general. Even within Europe there are differences in prices. In Spain half hour can be found for around 100 euros. In Geneva switzerland, same half hour, would be around 150 euros (depending on exchange rate). It's probably the same for non sex related stuff too. Had my 1st only trip to BCN last spring and so badly want to go back. I had work / social obligations my last trip so I couldn't enjoy the services as easily as I wanted. I haven't had any outcalls during all my visits to BCN so I can't help you there, but I don't recall the conditions of the brothels being bad.

El Eden is probably the cleanest in my opinion. Clean sheets and towels are brought in to the room and all rooms should have ensuite. They just don't include some of my preferred services in their prices.
