Due to lack of info and activity on this forum I will write about my findings during my 2 week stay in Phnom Penh, If I got it wrong or something is inaccurate, please feel free to correct, and add the real info.

I'm going to talk about the three types of action that can be found in PP.

Streetwalkers: they stroll along river side, pedestrian area close to the riverbank, mostly after dark, they can also be found during daytime, but in small numbers. They charge anywhere from $15-$25. You need to be aware that most of them are ladyboys, some of them may be minors, and generally speaking, they are low quality, and mixed in there are a few crazies also.

Massage parlors: most of them, employ fatties or oldies the prices vary from $15-$25 and they all start high and offer less, most of them will do only hand jobs, very few are doing blowjobs, and even fewer are willing to fuck you. They don't go your hotel and are only doing it in their shop for the reasons that I'm going to explain later...

This is a great report. With my visit to Cambodia civil years ago I always felt it was far too much work not to be either scammed or robbed. But here I am thinking about going again. Ha.

Wechat 'find nearby' might be good for finding Chinese gals to play with but I prefer to leave location off.

There was a brief uncontrolled window of time in China (roughly '12-'15) when Momo and Tantan were insane for finding freelancers.

I was there and it worked. Kuai le days.

Wish there was something like that here, to facilitate OUTCALL to my room.The idea of having sex in some dirty hourly hotel or on a massage table is 100% disgusting. Much rather they come to my room.

Telegram was useful when it had the "people nearby" function, but that has now been removed. You can only contact people on Telegram when you have their details, and vice versa.
WeChat works well in PNH if you don't mind using an app based in China

Telegram, unless you want to share your FB with the girls. FB has its upsides when you stalk them, but downsides when they stalk you!

I went to Magical massage several times, neck and leg massage was great. After the first massage, sitting in the chair and then sitting on the stool for the neck massage, the next time I asked to lay down for the massage. The put me next to the area for foot massage. Great massage, easier on my back. The forth massage, the lady led me in back, up some stairs, into two mattresses on the floor. After 50 minutes of an eighty minute massage I flip over and she just stands next o me, I said, this would be better if you are naked also. She tells me to be quiet as they can hear us. She disrobes and gives me a B2 B massage. As things happen when things are oiled and slippery, I slip inside and blast away. The hand she put over my mouth had a bit of oil on it. Doesn't taste so good. She started to finish the massage, still naked and when the clock on the wall was at 80 minutes, I motioned for her to lay down, flipped her over, and gave her another. She cleaned us up. I tipped her well. Paid downstairs and gave her a couple bucks in front of the staff. No idea on name, but she had a tiny waist, shaped like a toothpick. Pura Vida!

I'll argue it's not the language barrier. There's an app for that.

It's a combination of dull minds (only 200 college grads left alive in the whole country by 1980), a conservative culture, shyness, and fear. Especially compared to China, or Asians in the US.
