Bali in general have tons of options- freelancers around the clubs (not really my scene), you can use the sites like eurogirls or massagerepublic, need to haggle there quite a bit but the girls are mostly real, I have used locanto a couple of times, which actually worked out fine, was a bit afraid of scam but the girls who showed up were according to their photos / There are some guest houses de facto operated as brothels, you might see that the background of some girls pictures are the same, but it is all good as far as I have tried.
