I would have to somewhat disagree with you there bro. While I would be the first to admit that I have been immersing myself into that "market segment" in Jakarta, it's also perfectly possible to do the same here. The main difference is that my HM is here and I have relatives living all over the Klang Valley so it's very difficult to find places to go out with the girls. You can park your bike (motorbike or push bike?) on either side of the building. There is a motorbike parking section right next to the food court. I park my big bike around there no problem!

I have eaten at the food court, but not inside ACE. I think both are just standard hawker food.

You could sit outside the entrance at another mamak place and have a drink or food, and watch the world go by. That's what Bro WantitBadly & Male 44 & I did when we first met up.

You can always ask our Chinese city taxi driver. I am sure they will be willingly to help you and tell them you are looking for cheap China girls for a good short time of fun in Pudu.
