Even the over zealous Cop in Mumbai never arrested customers. This event in Pune is the first time I have heard of the use of section 5 (whatever that means) to arrest customers. The Juhu rave party arrests were over the use of drugs, but not for fucking a girl. I hope the girls understand that they should change their mindset & not insist on Hotels. They can refuse down market places, but surely for upmarket society's they should have no problem.

If the cops are going to play hardball then there is no point in cooperating with them. In such a situation one may merely state their name and address & then shut up untill a lawyer is at the scene. Let them try and argue with an expensive lawyer and corrupt magistrate.
