Mr E, you and I travel the world together, and we will always be on opposite ends of this argument. He is serious fellas. When he snatches a girl I say to myself" I hope she gets paid", then I say" I hope I don't have to bail his ass out of jail tonight". But the funniest moments are when girls see Mr E and their expression is like" This MF", then they go home with him again LOL. As someone said, different stokes for different folks.

Posts: 409I'm not going to quote everyone's posts here, I'm typing from a smartphone it'll take me 2 hours to edit. A few comments:
62E. Since you're already taking pics of these girls, why not use the same camera to record a quick audio / visual contract? Like have her saying "Yes, I agree to getting paid 1200 pesos" on camera. It'll make them think twice about lying and ripping you off later; I think it serves a more powerful enforcer than a piece of paper. Writing doesn't mean much to uneducated people anyways. If she did dispute the amount after the service, now you have something to show the security. If all went well, you can quickly erase a digital file much easier than your ledger book.
Mr. E and OldKool. You're both right, easily caving in to demands is no way to deal with these people. First they'll turn 1000 pesos into 4000, then 4000 into 6000, to what end? That's the same point I was making when I spoke of (supposedly) the cheap roadside BJ at San Pedro. I showed weakness and got pounced on.
Frannie. You made the same argument about my (supposedly) cheap roadside BJ as you did here, that a monger brings the misfortune on himself by not paying enough. But isn't "enough" defined by the two parties who mutually agree to the exchange? If 62E had gotten plenty of chicas at 1000 pesos and 1200 pesos, then obviously the girls thought he paid enough. If people had confirmed getting similar San Pedro BJs for 100 pesos, then as well SW thought that's a fair amount. The risk is not in paying little or not much, (I believe even if 62E said yes to 2000 pesos in the beginning, this puta will still try to pull one on him and demanded 6000) the risk is inherent in our hobby called mongering. It's the nature of the beast. 62E, judging by what he wrote, is willing to take that risk, and willing to exert the effort, to find girls who agree with his offers. Some people don't have that patience, or are risk-averse, enjoy places like Oxygen Retreat or FOD. To each his own.

Went out about 3pm for lunch. I went to a chicken restaurant ran by a Chinese couple. Half a chicken, a bottle of coka cola, a full plate of red beans and rice. 180p. And it was good. Went to the park and sat on one of the benches. Watched the girls get on the bus. Watched the girls get off the bus. I noticed a young round girl checking me out. She didn't smile at me though. So I smiled at her. Her face lights up and she gives me a big smile. There we go! I walk over and sit on the bench with her. We talk a little. She is very reserved. So I stop talking and just sit there and people watch. A few minutes go by and she warms up. She starts asking me questions. I strike the deal and she agrees to my terms. Off we go. Get to the hotel. Yes, I asked for a paper and a pen. I write out the contract covering the terms. And just like the last girl, she signs it without giving it any thought. She hands over her ID and off we go. The whole transaction at the front desk took four minutes. Get in the room, shoot the photos, clean up, GREAT BBBJ, she had that skill, hands down, we hit it. Yes, BIG MAMA, she is round, WOOOOO! Finish up, clean up, survey the room and head to the front desk. Once there, I get the contract, pay the girl 1000p in front of the receptionist. I walk her out. She gives me a bug hug, a peck on the cheek and she too smiles at me as she walks away.
Buscemi, hey man, I don't make the rules, I just play the game.
Frannie, it is obvious you are venting my way. I think instead of arguing with you, I will say this. I do things a certain way either because it works for me or to see if it will work for me. And I post my reports to help others who are genuinely interested in learning something. Even if it is at my own exspense. There is absolutely no reason for you to come off the way you do. All of your questions have been answered in either my DR posts or my Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines or Indonesia post earlier this year. I suggest, if you really want to get a clearer picture of who you are writing to and about, read them, all of them. If you have a specific question you would like answered and you write to me with some common courtesy, I would be more than glad to help you. If you want to keep writing the way you are, consider this our last conversation. Work the issue, don't let the issue work you.
Mr Enternational, too funny, very accurate and well said. Side note, I will play different play lists on my laptop when the girls are over. One of my play lists has a lot of Sade songs including Smooth Operator. And I agree with what you said, lions den armed with a log of Bologna, haha! And that taxi driver misunderstanding. Well, I have said that very same thing. I was in Jamacia, the girl quoted me 200. I said 200 Jamacian dollars? When I was there that was only a couple of dollars. And I knew very well she ment US dollars. She got offended and said: no, US$200. I told her we were in Jamaica. Then I asked her why the last three girls I had in Jamaica were US$30 and she wanted US$200? She just turned and walked away. No, I didn't consider her a tool either. I did laugh, out loud too. Heck, even the moto taxi guy near by was laughing.
Yes, I don't make the rules, I just play the game.

It reminds me of when I was in Ghana and wanted to go out to see the slave castle and the canopy walk. I enlisted a driver for the day. We agreed on a price of 250. When we got back that evening the guy was given 250 Ghanaian cedi (US$126). He protested saying it was supposed to be US$250. I told him that I am in Ghana. Why would I be making daily deals in US$? And $250 was surely an outrageous price for services rendered. We finally ended up settling on the equivalent of US$150. After that incident I said that from now on when I am taking gypsy services I would write it on paper and get both parties to sign it. I still have not carried through on it though. Old habits die hard.

Gentleman, why even bother with this rat hole of a place? The place is of no value. The strip is at best marginal, people harass you to no end, the beach is no big deal, hotels have either closed or gone down hill. And its full of touts and scammers, including the taxi drivers and mostly run-down chicas of yester-year. Let the place die its natural death. Don't get caught up in it despite what bargain you think you can get, its not worth it. Maybe the lack of foreign dollars will force change, maybe; if not go elsewhere. IMHO.

I don't think I misquoted you. What I quoted you on was cut and pasted direct from your post. Did you say you paid 200 pesos for a ticket from Sosua to Boca Chica or not? Should we double any price you mention to get the actual price that you paid?
No I don't know who you are. As far as I am concerned you are a man who travels overseas and pays prostitutes for sex. Is this not correct?
This is quoted from your previous post. You can check this for verification.
So I ask her again, ok, how much do you want? She said 2500p. I laugh out loud and ask if she was drunk or on drugs. She started to say something and I just turned and walked away. Yes, she was calling me to come back. I didn't even turn around.
Supposing when you asked for free sex she had asked you if you were drunk or on drugs, would you have liked that and respected her for it? And writing down a list of the prices you had paid various prostitutes and showing it to people? Did it not occur to you that this also would make you look like a complete tool?
Were you drunk or on drugs?
I have been to the DR three times and I have had problems like this one four times. And all four times, it was in Boca Chica.
I am glad that you have found the solution is to write out written contracts and give them to the hotel. I am sure you will never be forgotten.

Up at 10am. And most important, I had wood! I guess the curse didn't work after all. Had the hotel breakfast, it was so-so at best, it's included. Since my last night in Sosua, when I was exposed to a lot of exhaust fumes, my caugh has returned. Went for more antibiotics to knock down this respiratory infection. The four pills my doctor perscribed me in the states cost me $40. 49. The same four pills cost me here in the DR. 32 pesos. Yeah, that is almost a dollar. I hope they are real. Time will tell. So I hang out at the park and two minutes later a young girl gets off the bus and makes a bee line for me. As she passes I say hola. She says hola too. We talk for a few minutes. I strike the deal. She agrees to all of my terms and off we go. We get to the lobby and I ask for pen and paper. I write up a quick contract stating the date, full service, photos and that I would pay her in the lobby, all for 1000p. I initial it. She signs it (without giving it much thought). Off we go. Get to the room, shoot the photos, clean up, great BBBJ, I asked her if she could go all the way, she did. Cowgirl, missionary, I even got called "papi" twice by her. Finished up and I went and showered. She cleans up too. We were in the room just over one hour. I survey the room real quick. We head down to the lobby and asked for the contract. I paid the girl the 1000p we agreed to and I gave her 200p tip. I guess the curse still is a bunch of BS! There were two employees and the same security guard from yesterdays fiasco present when I paid her. This is what it has come to for me in Boca Chica. I actually like the idea. So, that is my MO for my stay in Boca Chica. I walked her out of the hotel, she gave me a big hug and a kiss and smiled at me as she walked away. Aaaah, true lust, you got to love it. Till tonight.
I went by the Eropa hotel, yeah, they are closed.
For all of those who said something positive and can read for comprehension. Thanks!
And to you Frannie, may I suggest that you re-read my post. Actually, pull all of my posts and follow along. And this time, try to understand what you are reading. read slow, read out loud, use a dictionary or just message me with questions. COME ON MAN! And by the way, you misquoted me frequently. So get your sh*t together. If you can't be objective and or constructive, keep it to yourself. Because nobody wants to hear it, NOBODY! As for you attacking my integrity, once again, you made a lot of assumptions. It's obvious that you have no idea about who I am, what I believe nor what I think. Try following along and helping out the cause. You know, try being a solution and not a problem. So take your misquotes, assumptions and attacks on my integrity and go stick them up your a**!
OldKool hit the nail on the head. Stand up for what you know is right. Even if you have to take some lumps. Otherwise, it is just extortion. Standing up also lets everybody know, your not a push over. It also, may or may not help you immediately, but it may help you later or fellow mongers following in your foot steps.

Being firm discourages a lot of the BS. Rolling over to scammers only makes them more likely to pull BS. If scamming becomes more fruitful then being honest. Guess what. Sport fucking is not my primary goal but I understand some guys only want to sport fuck.

Why did you not take a taxi to the Boca Chica bus station and then a bus to Boca Chica? That would have saved you more than 1000 pesos, which apparently is a lot of money to you?
Yes, the girl was trying to run a scam on you, but that is at least partly the result of you trying to pay her an unreasonably low rate in the first place. 1000 pesos will buy very little in the DR and yet you willingly spent an extra 1000 pesos so you could ride from Santo Domingo to Boca Chica in a taxi.
You are making the same mistake that so many Americans make. Having learned in business school that you strike a deal and then use law enforcement to enforce the deal, you think that the same principles can be used overseas. However when you hire a girl for sex this is not a business-to-business transaction as you understand it. Most of these girls are very poor and uneducated and while I have no doubt that some of them will blow the money on drugs and bling, most need it for basic subsistence. And did you check out the price for the long hair she was wearing?
A girl who is desperate for business WILL accept an inferior offer with the hope of up-charging later on, a concept not entirely unknown to US businesses, because that is better than NOTHING.
You seem to get a peculiar pleasure out of denigrating these women and telling them that they are not "worth" the price they ask. Why did you accept the first taxi driver for $1400 pesos, instead of trying several more, which you have described before as your way of doing business? Don't you think you would eventually have found one for $1300 pesos or even $1275? Or was it just because you were dealing with men?
You would have a lot more pleasure in the DR if you relaxed a bit about the money thing and looked for the girls whom you found the most attractive or had the best chemistry with. If a girl really enjoys your company, she too will be a lot more relaxed about the money, although of course you will pay in the long run.

Sixty two echo, good honest reporting. But if I can speak respectfully, slow down bro. Smell the roses along with the experience, to me its not about the chica count. Quality over quantity is my ticket. And I wouldn't show the police your personal trophy ledger. It will only make the pollice dislike you more because they will think you are only on the island to use the chicas. And with that new law against soliciting, you just presented your documented evidence. I would leave Boca asap and put this bullshit behind you. Just sit back and think about what I'm saying.
I've had chicas try to put vodoo spells on me also, and my motto is if you don't go into the water you won't get wet. But I have heard stories about guys in the hospital barking like a dog. I've seen a guy at the old latinos who kept circling the bar like a track meet, who everybody said had a Haitiana put the hex on him. I dated a Haitian girl here in Miami, and I'm not lying. But when we started this beautiful rooster popped up in our neighborhood and none if my neighbors knew where it came from. Two months later the Haitian girl moved back to Haiti, and the rooster vanished.

There are some girls who are bad seeds and BC is a tough place. I think you have to hold your ground or you will get messed over. They look for guys who they can scare and it is unnerving to have a girl yelling at you for some BS, I am calm and firm. In most cases Police have no respect for putas. State your case to them. It is hard to know when you are going to get a bad girl. When we are tougher they will stop playing the games.
