As far as I had studied, hep B/ C, HIV can spread only from person to person, meaning the virus that transmits these diseases can live / sustain for a short period (some seconds) once its out of body.

Towel would have used to wipe the body after bath or sweat. HIV does not get transmitted by any bodily fluids apart from blood.

One more thing, chances are very less that a person going to a SPA will have HIV. I honestly believe, there is nothing to worry, bro.

Bro, sorry to hear this. Firstly there is no chance of any hiv infection through undies. Even if the towel was dirty its unlikely that any bacteria could pass thru towel and your undies.
