I can understand your situation. Everyone starts like that. I think seniors would be able to guide you in a more inclusive way, but here are my 2 cents.

Don't expect everything in first attempt. Its a rookie mistake. You have to create a human connection with the therapist first. That might take 2 - 3 visits, especially for good MP's where at least security and cleanliness is taken care of quite well.
