Hi FS,
Glad the T item works 4 days for you. You are getting your money back then.
It is only 36 hours for me.
Where I am in Europe, Tadalafil is 3 US for each.
Happy pumping,

Posts: 34Tadalafil + sildenafil cocktail usage, etc
I like a tadalafil + sildenafil cocktail.
I get headaches with sildenafil only. Tadalafil is better for me generally. Tadalafil also lasts a long time (about 4 days for me). However, tadalafil is more expensive by a factor of 5 or so for me (I am going through my HMO for both starting a month ago). Also tadalafil takes one or two hours to kick in for me whereas sildenafil only takes about 20 minutes.
I take 1/2 tab of tadalafil (I think this is 1/2 * 20 MG = 10 MG) and 1/2 tab of sildenafil (same amount).
Not sure if an aspirin would be useful to counteract headaches (have not gotten that far with experiments).
Before f*cking, I avoid alcohol, sugar (in all varieties), and acid food and drink as much as possible.
For natural boosters, I use gnc weider prime testosterone support, horny goat weed, and yohimbe 451. Not sure if these work all that much but they don't seem to hurt.
Dapoxetine-.
Just read about this stuff here. Is it available in the usa? Does one need a prescription? Can one order it by phone and / or online?
Warning-.
I bought some official looking cialis in an 8 pack for $40 from a pharmacy in Puerto Vallarta. The stuff looks like Cialis. I used it about 3 times with no discernable results. When I bite the pill, the white powder inside tastes mildly sweet, as if it might be an inert placebo substitute for actual Cialis. The stuff comes in film strips of 4 tablets per strip, two strips per box. Conclusion: maybe avoid buying Cialis in mexico-- at least in the smaller mom and pop pharmacies.
Disclaimer-.

As for the generic Levitra I have found that no headache at all with these. Max time about 5 hrs max also. These are a 20 MG pill. I have both these pills in stock.

Posts: 191Thanks while I did have experiance with viagra and generic version, sometime sideffects can be less or extreme especially next day (never experienced abnormal duration of erection) , never tried levitra or if it's better than viagra since I read leviatra was great to last long.
I never cut the pill in half I guess that's my mistake.

If you are concerned about these side effects, then try a very small dose of 12.5 MG Viagra / sildenafil (1/2 of 25 MG tablet) and see what effects it has on you. If you so not have any problems getting or maintaining an erection, but just want to see if it can be a stronger or harder erection, then this might be enough. And 12.5 MG is extremely unlikely to give you any of the side effects.
There really is no "antidote" to the side effects like "heartburn" or blue vision or the flushing etc. Pepto Bismol will do nothing. If you take Pepto Bismol before the pill, it can only slow down or prevent absorption of the drug. You can do the same by taking a lower dose.
If you have any of the side effects (except a 5 hour erection) don't worry because they will fade away quickly and will not cause any long term damage.
I think you are over thinking this too much.

Posts: 191I know viagra in a way helps last longer, but sometimes sideffects can be too strong, like blue vision, heartburn, etc.
Not sure to take pepto dismal or and other type pills to counteract side effects.

Posts: 104This is not medical advice directed to you. Just generally available knowledge.
The only way to find out what works for you is to try Viagra, Levitra and Cialis at their lowest dose, and see what works. for you and without or with the least side effects. (Headache, flushing or temporary vision issues) If you have low blood pressure, or are taking any blood pressure medications you can have problems like blacking out. *.
Generally prescribed starting dosages:
Cialis (tadalafil) 10 MG.
Viagra (sildenafil) 25 MG.
Levitra (vardenafil) 10 MG.
None do anything for delaying ejaculation. The only allow the blood valves in your dick to open more in response to sexual stimulation. Nothing to do with your brain.
However, there is a brain chemical drug called dapoxitine that was developed specifically to treat premature ejaculation.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dapoxetine
Hope this helps. As always, best to check with your Doctor before you try any of them. Just tell Hi your girlfriend insists on condoms and like to grind, not thrust, and you have problems maintaining an erection. He'll prescribe it easy as pie if you are healthy.
*None of these drugs give you a heart attack. However, if you can now fuck because you now can get an erection. Then the exercise of the fucking can cause you problems. But not the drug itself.

What is best recommend levitra or viagra? Especially to last longer and not have premature ejaculation.
And do people combine with any other medication to prevent sideffects or increase benefits? Like acid reflux, Boost stamina etc.
And what is recommended dosage for recreational usage.
