Rio 4 me is OK as a warm up before the main course. Been there nearly every night I was in Kiev but never took a girl out of the club.

Well, in my opinion, as someone living and working in Ukraine with plenty of experience here and in other countries, your options are extremely limited. First, do not stroll the streets looking for a girl, sir. That is precarious for a gentleman your age, with all due respect. Second, you don't need Russian unless you are bent on taking her out for dinner or whatnot. Russian isn't even an issue as money and sex are a language of their own.
