No, don't think so. I had checked in medical journal. Can you PM me those cases. Google is not always right in these cases. When I said documented cases these are medical cases whee the reason for the same can be contributed to only oral sex leading to HIV. DFK, BBBJ and Datty have never been the root cause of HIV. Most of these cases have been coupled with sex with non protection. HIV doesn't spread through saliva. It can spread if both the partners have open sores in their mouth and bleeding gums. Then also the chances are rare as the volume of HIV present in these cases is difficult to infect. Can you please PM me the source where any medical journal or aids society forum has documented any cases which have led to this HIV. Couldn't find any medical forum or doctors forum which have any of these cases. I would like to be corrected and can you please direct me to few cases where it was transmitted and confirmed that it happened through Oral Sex. I am talking only about HIV. The only documented cases in medical journal (Don't remember the number but very few and in few of that there were non protection sexual homo encounter) was from the case of people who were giver of BJ and not receiver. And I do Google; but this information is from Medical Fraternity. If wrong, I would love to send it to my friends for correction and hear from them.

Theoretically yes it can; but there is no single documented cases of receiver of BBBJ getting HIV and giver of DATY getting HIV. I said theoretically yes; because it is possible and we can come up with various incidental circumstances which can lead to this like bleeding gums coupled with Vaginal fluid having traces of menstrual blood etc. But the risk is negligible or close to zero. As to STD yes its possible and that is a clear risk in both the cases. Good part is most of these STDs are curable.
