I beg to differ with you Jignesh. I know couple of guys in that area. It is a ticking time bomb. In the evenings they shut off all external lights and lie low so as not to attract any attention. The word has already gone around that couple of NE's are into shady things in the house. There are enough moral police living around there it seems. So if anyone insists on visiting that place I would say it is highly risky. To each his own.
