What are the German terms Verkehrsberichte (VB) and Fess. ? I saw Fess in an ad as well as VB. I understand that VB means traffic report literally, but in terms of punting what does it refer to? Thanks.

"Verkehr" is short for "Sexualverkehr" which simply means "sex". "Verkehrsberichte" therefore means "sex reports".

I have no idea what "Fess" means. Perhaps if you could quote the whole add, the context will help us understand better.

In Switzerland I find most of the clubs and studios advertise GV, NF. 69 etc. WHile I found GV in the list I couldn't find the meaning of NF. Google doesn't help either.

NF stands for "Naturfranzoesisch" . I. E blow job without condom.
