But when it comes to SPs, its actually cheaper st some places. The most talked among such places is NL, which is no less than a paradise to visit. I don't know why but many mongers discourage to go there for the fear of LE. (as if LE will never raid a spa or hotel for that matter) . They're just being plain stupid I'd say.

NL review: called the SP and reached the place. He's among the most respected SPs over there but he still came down to receive me on a Saturday night..
