If you use the advice of Nicker29 and use a VPN and Tor then it would be nearly impossible to trace your online activity back to you.

However in the world of internet safety is never 100%. My guess is that since there is very little to gain from putting so much resources into framing a regular citizen under cyber crime, the authorities would most likely not spend resources on it unless they have a very serious reason to go after you.
