Sorry for you brother. All days aren't the same.

I was quite happy with their service. Maybe if you've subtly indicated your expectations to the guy on the reception? Service could have improved. At least I did, and wasn't disappointed at all. In fact I even saw a hot AF NE on the reception- not sure if she's available for mongering but will be asking nevertheless.

Anyways, my review was for the Thai therapist- the DT queen and have no idea on the service levels of others. So, it's completely believable that they didn't respond to your requests.
