Are you sure Bipasha is a NE. Though I never met her or even didn't see her face pic either but in so many reviews on her I didn't find anyone mentioning her as a NE. I thought she might a high profile lady from Delhi or Mumbai. So if she is a NE my personal feeling is that 15 k is too much for her as you can get plenty of NE girls within 5 k range in Bangalore.

Would appreciate if seniors can give some more input on her.

Bips does belong to NE however is a tad tall compared to most of the NE chicks. As rightly pointed out. It's more demand and less supply that is causing the steep prices.
