As Zurich shut down for the holiday I had an amazing first day of the year and virgin visit to Bumsalp.

First off, things I liked about the club / facilities:

It's got class. Sofas are leather not vinyl. Bathrooms are private not public stalls. Showers too. Rooms are large, plush, elegant even with large soft comfortable beds, a love-seat, mirrors well-placed, and very importantly a shower. There are extra towels in the rooms and the men's changing room as well so you don't have to go and request a new towel all the time. There are no chicks in the men's room either which IMO is the way it should be. The place is decorated with style too. Got that Swiss chalet theme but modern and updated. And the layout is simple. Upstairs Socialize eat and drink, main floor fuck, downstairs relax. Which brings me to another thing I liked.

You can just chill. I like Globe but I've never been able to just chill out there. It's like a loud Las Vegas casino in that there's just nowhere to escape the buzz (unless you go up to the terrace, in season only really). The wellness floor at Bumsalp is a pleasant getaway with 2 jacuzzis, 2 dry and 1 wet sauna and comfortable lounders. Fruit and tea are also available down there and the tea I had was incredible. The music was also good and not too loud. Now it could have been that it was a quiet day, but at one point the music was turned up, one client immediately complained and the volume came right down. Another plus there's a girl who does real massage, not what you get from the girls in the last 5 minutes. 30-60 minute massage I think the 30 is 60 CHF She didn't work today but I always thought that's a good idea to have as something to do in your relax zone-out time.

Food. Eh ok. Whatever, it's free or included in the entry price and keeps you going.

Lockers are code protected instead of a key, which adds an element of security as you aren't worried about misplacing your key and freaking out about someone easily getting to your wallet. Like!

Robes are a light material so the club feels not suffocating. Yeah you can always go with a towel, but even if you like that which I do it's nice to be able to be in a robe and have a place to stick your cigs and lighter, too.

As for the LU, the main reason I haven't been to BS before is I always felt that the girls are be's and see's at best and I believe that's an accurate reading. But that didn't stop me from having a great time.

I arrived early again around 1300 and there were maybe 3-4 guys and 10+ girls. Guys maybe there was max 20 and the average around 10 and girls there were like 15.
