With all due respect I seriously doubt you are getting Scandalo girls to agree to 400 or even 600 for the entire night unless you are prince charming. 90% of them ask for 600 for 1 hour in the club and most will go down to 400 . But only the ones who are not making any money would consider leaving the club for 400 or even 600 for the entire night. Certainly not early in the evening. Maybe just before closing. Yeah, I find that claim hard to believe too. When I went, the standard price that most of the girls were asking for was 600 reals for an hour like you say. One went as low as 400 without me having to bargain, but she was not one of the top-tier girls in there either, so I passed. A blonde who I found to be quite attractive was OK with 500 reals for an hour, or 600 with anal included. I wanted anal hehehe! The hottest girl I banged in Sampa was yet another blue-eyed blonde (gorgeous) at Scandalo, and she started out quoting 800 for an hour! Said that's what the Japanese guys were paying her. Do I look Japanese to you? I countered with 500. We went to the room for 600. I did not inquire about take-out from Sandalo as I was not particularly interested in that. Are you sure you are not confusing scandalo with casarao? 400-600 for all night from Casarao is reasonable, but I would bet money you don't pull girls from Scandalo for that number.

No I don't confuse. Unless I have Alzheimer's disease without me noticing that. I never paid over 600 reais for all night on my last trip. I am not a charming prince. If I was one I wouldn't have trouble paying over 600.

Tangara is a good place to hang out for a few hours and try a girl or two or three. 100 R for 1/2 hour test drive. A comfortable salon with free WiFi, water, soda and coffee. The lineup can be hit or miss for beauty, but if you go for attitude you can find a winner. If you want to interview a girl, ask to talk to her outside. You can wait until after the presentation and go to where the girls hang out and ask her to speak with you. Second shift starts arriving around 4-6 p. Get there at 2 or 3, take a girl, relax for a while and take another. If you have a good chemistry in her room, ask for her whatsapp. You could spend the day there and take 5 girls for 500 R, and still spend less than for one girl in Scandaloo.

I suggest you check out Casarao. 30 R entrance is consumable. Every time I've been, there's always been a couple hundred girls there. Prices are 200-400 (negotiation) for an hour. Many girls quote 40 minutes, so confirm your hour. If you speak Portuguese you can get numbers in the club.

IMO, Scandaloo is overpriced these days. Yes, the girls are pretty, but 600-1000 R for an hour is ridiculous. Cafe foto prices are similar, but you get MILFs. Your better off trying 2-3 girls at Casarao or 6-10 girls at Tangara.

If you're feeling lazy, you can find freelancers on vivalocal website. Don't forget to select you city.

Sorry, been off for a bit with the holiday. Not sure if you already visited but Renaissance is excellent, especially if you have status with Marriott. Their lounge is very nice. You can almost eat every meal there for free. And they have a nice gym that is open to the public so you get some high end lookers in there. Fasano is a bit overrated in my opinion and while The Unique is a very cool property there isn't much around and the rooms are kind of small. Just my two cents.

Haven't travelled yet. But I think that it is down to the Renaissance or the Tivoli.

I have read the forum, which is really helpful, but still have a couple of questions to those of you with some local knowledge.

First, I am not new to Brazil. I lived there for quite a while, though that was more than a few years ago and I am trying to get me bearings as I will be visiting soon for business and pleasure for 3 or 4 weeks.

First, in the "olden" days, if you were staying at a high end business hotel with a decent bar, women would find you! It was very quiet and under the table, but they were absolutely stunning. And somewhat pricey. Does that still exist today or has that shipped sailed with the internet?

Second, what are the high end business hotels downtown? I am dating myself, I am sure, but it used to be the Maksoud and the downtown Hilton.

Third, is it possible to buy a decent bottle of scotch there without paying an arm and a leg or am stuck with duty free and then local garbage?

For a short 3 nights or so visit it seems Tangara meets my budget. Could anyone recommend a hotel to choose as a base near Tangara -basic clean hotel with good internet and would be nice to have a fitness center but not a deal breaker if there isn't one.

I would stay at Estanplaza Ibirapuera for a short trip (or another hotel in this area). Great location, breakfast, fitness, wifi, and local bars all around. It's about 7 minutes walking distance to both Red and Mirunas. Then Enjoy is about 7 minutes further up from Mirunas. 3 places to check out right nearby. Why limit yourself to only one place? You can take an Uber to Brooklyn and Tangara. Depending on traffic, they are just 15-20 minutes away.
