Let me begin the post by congratulating on a nice note written.

I went there yesterday to check, drove to many places (some 20 kms) to get some more data. I picked up one black woman just to get a hang of the situation. Here's what I found:

1. These women circulate between few stops. Def col, III-AIIMS road, nehru place, etc. I got this one from yusuf sarai.

6. While driving it dawned on me that she could be safe because if she wanted to mug me then she could have done by now. So I agreed to go to her place in chattarpur.
