Nice FR bro. I am glad I was able to help. I have shared her contacts with senior members and also some regular members who had a couple of decent posts. Let me begin the post by congratulating on a nice note written.

I went there yesterday to check, drove to many places (some 20 kms) to get some more data. I picked up one black woman just to get a hang of the situation. Here's what I found:

1. These women circulate between few stops. Def col, III-AIIMS road, nehru place, etc. I got this one from yusuf sarai.
