With Bangalore going pretty dry and SP A current birs reviews being negative, didn't had much options but to give Asha a try. She don't have WA. An advice based on previous experiences.

Kindly do not self medicate. There are hundreds of such pills available in the market. Many of them do not have licence from concerned authorities (as told by a doctor). And herbal pills are to be avoided as they are not proven before. I would recommend you to visit a specialist doctor and prefer allopathic medications.
