Yes, you are correct that it doesn't sound like an organized raid.

Am in Delhi for a week and just re-instated my account (lost old password since this forum isn't quite as active in the US) after getting a true sense of community in the Delhi forum!! I had considered it to be the safest Spa in Sector 18 but there is nothing considered safe now for the time being.

That's not possible. I make it a point to make sure that the door is completely closed. Further, the LE wouldn't waste their time in waiting for the action to begin as the staff of the MP will alert others.
