I have taken one spa bird to Goa and Kerala. High end hotels don't ask questions as long as you present valid IDs for both. The only problem is getting caught by friends or relatives. In order to avoid this, I usually go out during July / August and Feb / March and try to spend maximum time within the hotel.

Did not pay her anything extra. She was happy with an all expenses paid holiday in 4/5 star hotels.
