I visited 4 Spas in Mahipalpur in last month. Posted FR already. Agreed to some extent as we usually pay this counter charge at SnM or Aqua or any high end spa, its up to us only what we opt for service inside and pay for that, Delhi has set prices for services taken inside, we generally say that 0.5 k for HJ, 1.5 k for B2B, 2-2.5 k for FS etc. Then we count total damage to the spa visit. That's my perspective to see it. Though, I agree that in his case its 4 k for HJ.
