Though 12 weeks antibodies testing is more certain, now there are some hiv early detection tests with a window period of 7 days.

You can check doctor safe hands website. It costs around 4 K.

It's quite strange and scary that you got rashes even with protection.

Though not to generalise, majority of the WGs in India don't give importance to hygiene and also don't get tested often.
