I will start with Dusseldorf. In a sentence, it is a building close to the train station, I visited early afternoon, between 1 and 2. Only 10 women were there and the capacity was for around 100 windows. Only one mature caught my attention, tall, shapy and with big natural boobs and glasses. Duisburg RLD is not doing well. Even on a Saturday evening (no major football play, not summer break anymore) in the beginning of the month (Sep 8th!) and it was very poor line-up.

One of the main Laufhausen there has been shut by the authorities and the entrances are taped up (Sex palace on Julius Weber strasse). For the rest I just tend to stop by now, and do a quick walk through of the ones left, don't hang around and certainly wouldn't make a special trip to go there. The parking in front of it should also be avoided at night as there is so much broken glass there, you're liable to get a flat! There is still one lady I like there, but apart from her I wouldn't even bother passing by anymore! 80 % of the women left there are just very average looking skinny East Europeans (mainly Romanians), and the male clientele seems to have gone way downhill too. The sad truth is that the way these Laufhausen have declined (in this area anyway), I am not sure if there is a best time to go, to be honest. On the whole though, late afternoon / early evening is your best bet. The few latinas there are there, are mainly in the house with the open area downstairs with the cash machine / where the women's cafeteria is visible (if you can call it that!) Can't remember the building number though. Also the different houses there seem to peak at different times of the day.
