The location seems to be the erstwhile C9. The address and the first floor tally but it was a house IIRC and not a commercial building as stated in the press. The new spa is the tree spa as someone else mentioned.

Its V spa, there are couple of spas listed under nearbuy, V spa and the bird spa, Both were run bay infamous pimps and both were burned before also.
