I agree, they are bit a too cozy, but not uncomfortable to the point that my dick feels "choked". Again, needless to say, all men are not endowed in the same way.

The Sagami 0. 02 has a Large version, which I have found to be a great fit. I wish they would start manufacturing the 0. 01 in the Large size too.

Try the Aoni. 01 latex condom. These are English comdoms available on Ebay and are a better fit for western men. The Sagami (I think) . 02 Large are not too bad either, relatively speaking.

But even with these super thin condoms, I can still barely come in one. And as suggested, keep yourself well lubricated. These all tend to bunch up on me and then rip at the tip, especially if the girl dries out a bit.

I have never had a Thai girl refuse to use one of my super thin condoms. A few have been curious and remark about how thin they are, but no refusals, though one was cautious to the point that after I couldn't come, she pretty much insisted on using hers, which I agreed to. Obviously, it was worse and I gave up soon thereafter. But if we guys don't take precautions to keep them from breaking girls WILL refuse to let us use them, and then we are stuck with the thicker kind, where I personally can't feel a thing.

With all due respect ET for me this is not about whether you personally are a danger to your lady going BB, most likely tests not withstanding you are not. No the conversation is about the risks in going BB with somebody whose health situation is unknown. Having BB with somebody who is not a carrier of an STI other than the risk of pregnancy also nonexistent with a vasectomy, it is safe. The danger is not in transmitting it is in contacting. You can take all the precautions, washing, checking for telltale signs etc but you can never be sure the girl is not a carrier and while nothing is guaranteed by using condoms a bad outcome is significantly reduced.

Interesting comments about going bare, but rarely is discussed that the standard STD tests to NOT check for herpes! Please, especially you married guys, keep that in mind. Your lovely Thai hooker may say she is tested regularly but is she testing for HSV? Probably not.

And realize, too, that even using condoms 100% of the time and correctly, you can still bring home a disease! Happened to me. Earlier this year after my October LOS trip last year, I noticed some white bumps in my pubic region. I thought I knew what they were, but went to doc in partial denial, and was relieved to hear I had some infected hair follicles. They should clear up in a week. Well, I had had them for weeks already. Well, they continued to stick around and I was getting a few more, so I did a closer inspection and I had the bumps where I had no hairs. Yep, I tried to deny it at first, but I knew I had Molluscum Contagiosum (MC). I went back to the doctor and after she again mis-dx'the me, I pointed out the bumps were not where the hairs were, then she agreed I had MC. (I gues this doc doesn't see many STD cases.) Anyway, MC is quite contagious and while it will go away on its own eventually, it is visible and if you have a SO she is likely to get it, so even if she doesn't notice the bumps on YOUR skin, she WILL notice them on hers. The girl I got them from probably had them in her pubic region and I, being presbyopic didn't notice them. Mine are gone now and I am clean again, but it proves we can catch things regardless of condoms and STD tests.

Anyway, the doc ordered an STD test for me, as is standard procedure, and there were the standard checks for gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia and HIV, but nothing for HSV. That is one I am most scared of.

And I should note I shower before and after each sexual encounter, so I may have caught my MC during post-sex cuddling. But who knows?

You start to get carried away here. I don't see which measure you mention can help the girl not get pregnant.

The precautions the condom guy is using will only work if he uses them properly every time and they never fail. In fact, for preventing pregnancy, my vasectomy is 20 times more effective than his condom even if he uses it properly 100% of the time (I read that on one of those condom info pamphlets inside the box. I don't like condoms sure, but put up with some thin Japanese ones, that I supply myself. I have cancelled with girls insisting to use her own thick or wrong sized condom. Would probably be useless for me. Fortunately 98% of girls are O.K. with my condoms, and maybe 99% for Thais.

The reality is the BBFS women are taking a significantly higher risk than the guy. Mean number of fucks to catch it from a HIV person are much lower.

In addition, over the long term, a typical working girl has an order of magnitude more partners than an typical punter, even if he's unusually active.

In my opinion, given the higher risk of HIV for the women, this makes a man demanding BBFS from a sex worker selfish and borderline abusive. Sure, there's usually semi-informed consent, but regardless of that, condoms are such an exceedingly simple solution that reduce the risk to the girl from substantial to negligible.
