The international and domestic arrival areas are on opposite ends of the terminal. I suggest you and your friend plan to meet outside the baggage claim area of one of the two.

Thanks Fun Luvr, but neither one of us knows how long the other will have to wait. A half to an hour. Thus someplace to sit outside of baggage claim of the international area. Can anyone think of a particular spot? For example. There are benches or seats off to the _ side or a cafe / restaurant named _.

Whether or not you will be disappointed depends on where you find the working girls. If you go downtown and find some of the more homely ones or the glue / paint sniffers, you may get what you want. If you get the more attractive, up scale ladies from FB and the dating sites, you will have very little success satisfying your fascination.

Forgive me if I am over simplifying this. What is wrong with presenting a passport at any mobile shop to buy a local SIM card? In addition to getting LTE data speeds instead of whatever throttled scheme the "world SIM" providers offer, local SIM cards offer free incoming calls. The per minute rate for outbound local and international calls is often more competitive than the world SIM deals. You need an unlocked phone. I think you also need an unlocked phone for the world SIMs.

You gave the wrong website. The website states explicitly that it is only for unlocked 3 G or 4 G tablets, dongle, and Mobile Wi-Fi devices. Further, in the Customer Questions and Answers section, it states explicitly that it cannot be used for phones. Also, Columbia is not one the countries listed as available.

The website for the product you are talking about is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FI1JW72. This SIM card is for cell phones, works in Colombia, is 12 GB but is only valid for 30 days.

Agree that both are good providers, but Jennifer (now Xime) is money hungry, and would do anything, say anything to get more money from you. One has to be careful around her and don't believe all the crap she pulls out. Her sister is slowly learning jen's ways as well, but for now she appears to be down to earth.

she just got her CEDULA. Her BD is early September (she is 19 y1 m now) so she had only been in the game for a few months when I met her.

When the girl gets her cedula has no relationship with how long she's been in the game. Chances are she already had at least 2 years of experience before you met her. That's 2 years paid experience. Most likely she put in a 2 to 3 year unpaid internship first.

I will be going to Medellin and Cartagena this year and I have a couple of questions my research has not answered. I gave up on my Wells Fargo ATM card long ago, one of the worst card to travel with overseas. They even blocked me close to LAX airport once, trying to pump gas, due to so-called suspicious activity on my card, a bunch of balloney. Now, I use other cards, such as Schwab visa / ATM card, the best.

Had a buddy earlier this year that had a Wells Fargo card & he had a hard time getting $ out of ATM's, even after he called them. He tried over a half dozen places & finally found one in the Sante fe Mall that took it. Don't remember the name except sign was in red.

Medellin is very different than any other mongering city in the world. I wold recommend you read back several pages in the forum as there is a lot of good information and inside into how to get chicas. I strongly recommend you get your FB game going a month or so before you hit the ground. It will make it much easier on you. They only place I would recommend pick up street girls is parque lleras and still no guarantee on service and that they won't have sticky fingers.

There is zero guarantee that the girls will let you take pics or video. Everything is possible for the right amount of $ and negotiation skills. Some chicas are good with english some will not speak a lick.

I would recommend stay at the deuchbag inn for a couple of days it is a great way to network with other mongers and chicas. after that it shouldn't be an issue at all.

When I had that issue with Banco Colombia ATM it was my bank (Bank America) that was stopping the transactions. Be advised you can get a transaction fee for every time you try it also as I found out to my dismay.

I had posted a travel alert with them but they cut it off due to "suspicious transactions", IE me pulling money 2 or 3 times a day. They turned it on after my call and the 1/2 HR I was on hold on a holiday weekend.

We really need a new subsection for FAQ on ATMs, cellphones, taxis etc.
