Common thing among all US Man birds are shitty attitude that just kills the overall experience apart from few surprises that you mentioned. Stopped taking his service long back. For the price he quotes its just not worth the headache.

This was definitely my last. There were two good ones out which one sucked during a repeat. Definitely not contacting him again.
