I had CIS in India and abroad as well. Well as per my experience In India the service of CIS is somewhat mechanical and going rate is usually 5 K+ only. Whereas, outside India, its pure bliss and need word to explain the experience. Now, to explain the difference let me quote the real example. Having mongered in Prague quite a bit, I can say that the costlier CIS are more closer to what you will find in Europe. BTW, I have only tried a couple of times the high end ones.

Quality is somewhat a function of cost, I am a CIS lover and must have tried over 100 CIS girls in last 2 years. After reading about 400 pages of posts, I have made some useful notes.

Last time I was in VKunj (many months ago) I had visited Bxxxha spa in VSq mall. Massage was ok but no extras. I tried for extras including removing dispo, etc but no luck. I had also walked into a massage place I saw on the main road close by. However the birds were not attractive so I walked out.
