Oyo rooms is the best option I have found so far. There are couple friendly rooms available which you can book instantly.

I am recently shifted to Bangalore. Earlier I had to be in Delhi and Pune. I am having contacts of both the cities. My experience is mostly with the lodges with stuff but can not find anything in Bangalore like that.

Can you guys share details of some lodges having good stuff.

After heavy office work, I was stressed & wanted to have massage.

Found Aaj Spa, in ex pm nagar, same as the one on New Bel road which another brother has written an FR with a Thai therapist.

Decent ambience, they've recently renovated, and the manager is new (said he was a former 02 manager and left 02 because the therapist lobby there is too strong. He said he's completely against extras, but therapists were pressuring him to support it. Don't know what that means) anyway I was only looking for a proper massage, not really only for extras.

Took Swedish, 60 minutes, was assigned a beautiful slim NE therapist.
