Having fixed a nice strong glass of absinthe, he began the tale....

Visiting the 10 of the 11 Hessen FKKs, I again consider why these and why this order.

I have heard back and forth about this place, a mainstay FKK that used to have the greatest reputation that the German guests for a quite a while eschewed. Taking this on board, I left it last, deciding to see the other better clubs which are purer in terms of offering a true FKK experience, saving myself the 75 euro entry fee.

Now, having gone through almost all of them, and following the renovation work which prompted the management to drop the entry fee to 50 euros before 5 pm daily, I figured the time had come to take the short U-Bahn ride to check it out finally.

What I found is a mixed bag with good sides in terms of facilities, staff, ambiance, but purely in terms of what I go to an FKK for, value for money P6 with girls, a disaster. I will admit that I asked for it: 1) It's Palace, a club frequented mostly by tourists with relatively few Stammgaeste 2) I am used to my 2 conditions being met eventually for the standard price. 3) It was Friday night, busiest day of the week.

I wanted to find a club that was different from what I had heard and read, an FKK close to where I live (very close). It could have been perfect now, with myself being prime Stammgast material along with the new entry price. Sadly, I am disappointed that this cannot be the case.

-Getting there: Easiest of them all. Right in front of your nose.

Take the U-6 or U-7 to Hausen or Heerstrasse, get out at Industriehof. Takes 15 minutes if that. Take a left from the station and up one street. You can't miss it.

Getting back: Same lines back to wherever you're staying.

-Layout / Facilities: Spacious enough but not a massive club. Slightly smaller than Sharks without the outside area. The layout confused me a bit. The lighting is very dim I can recall 1 storey divided into 3 main circles.

-From the entrance and reception desk, you find the first circle. Gambling machines here, changing rooms to the left. To the right is the restaurant where food is served. Bar / social area is behind a half-fence.

The restaurant is rather small and during the first serving of dinner it may be difficult to find room. But whatever, the food was really good. Breakfast, with pastries and a light warm course served throughout up until 19:30 when dinner is served. Dinner tonight included a chicken, pork and fish dish. I found this one of the clubs many good points.

Another way takes you along hallways of rooms to the Hamam (steambath) which is next to the massage station. Needless to say I didn't spend much time here.

-Past the fence into the bar area, which is the second circle. Left before heading to the bar, is a doorway that heads (leftward again) to the kino. The kino is amazing. The screen is the largest I have seen so far, with the comfortable cushioned s platforms in front of it offering the perfect scene for an orgy. The girls actively come in and out here to offer their skills and support your desire. Saw BJs (CBJs) being performed here openly. The porn playing is equally fantastic with surround sound. Best kino I have seen so far. Perfect.

The decor changes from that of an oriental palace to a very pretty trendy circular bar. It looks great. Admittedly I never visited the club before the renovations but I did enjoy the look of it. Bar staff was extremely professional and were working around the clock serving drinks.

The jacuzzi which used to be somewhere around here fell victim to the renovations.

Left of the bar steps lead up to another level with sofas. Both ways behind the bar leads up some stairs to the final circle.

-The last circle consists of a round sofa at the top with stair leading down on all sides (apart from where some showers are) down to the 2 saunas, 1 VIP lounge and two bungalow like rooms that look like confession boxes.

The club had hourly sauna sessions with a Saunameister (nice guy).

Sorry for my rather imperfect description of the layout, but the main points are there.

My opinion: Wish they'd kept a jacuzzi but otherwise very good. Really good.

-Girls / L-U:

This is where things get very confusing. The L-U is, in terms of looks and in terms of attitudes, very good.

On this Friday night, I must have at least seen 40 girls at the night's peak before they disappeared in the early hours of the morning. Up until 9 maybe, the girl-guy ratio was in favour of the guys, then leveled, and then generally the number of people in the club died past 2 am.

The L-you is very varied. Apart from the Romanian majority, Hungarian, Dominican, Colombian, German girls were also there.

This is the first club I have been to that is tourist-dominated. English rather than German is the go-to language. The German skills of many of the girls is quite limited, and the level of English by contrast is very high, the highest I've seen. In a sense, this FKK reflects Frankfurt in general in terms of its focus.

One of the bittersweet points of the L-U is the attitude of the girls. It is. The best I have seen so far. They're talkative, friendly, extremely welcoming, accepting when you tell them why and what you're doing and if you don't want to go to the room. They approach, they approach again whilst not making you feel too pressured. If you're respectful, they are respectful back. The rejection (I should say the decline rather than reject) of my offers was always done in a way that I am not used to in other clubs. The club seems to be a different level of expectation, price, maybe class than what I've seen so far.

I could not find a room with conditions that I would accept. Prices for what I was looking for (my 2 conditions which I never budge on; kissing and BJ that I like) always defaulted to 100 euros for 30 minutes. Every single time. I believe there is a cartel here. Best I could find was 100 euros for 1 hour for what I was looking for.

Unless others were being offered better, I have reason to believe that the standard is essentially the same as the RLD, just for 50 euros instead.

The club in my opinion wins in terms of facilities, but fails in terms of what I would want in an FKK club, namely affordable desirable service.

-Own experience:

I did not enjoy my time here because I could not find what I was looking for. Yet I didn't hate it either.

Damage was the 50 euros entry before 5 pm. The girls are largely motivated but I just couldn't negociate for what I wanted because it always defaulted to an offer that I would not accept.

100 for 30 minutes all the way until the end. Almost without exception. No good.

I came here armed with enough money. I came here with a German friend who knows his way around the FKKs as well. I didn't take a room and nor did he, as both of us couldn't find acceptable conditions. And try we did. It's the equivalent of hitting your head against a brick wall until exhaustion. I recall one of my approaches, interestingly, turning into a two-way with a rather eloquent girl explaining why she would not agree to my conditions and turning the question around. RLD vs. FKKs. An actual conversation verging on the philosophical, surreal.

We enjoyed the food, made use of the facilities, chatted with the girls quite a lot.

Customer base had a few older Germans at the beginning, however later is was mostly foreign.

The club through its pricing especially after 5 pm keeps the riff-raff out. Number of Asian customers.

This remains a tourist-club. Many of the girls can hold their own in a conversation in English quite well. Most German customers do not come here and I see why. It is something else.

-Verdict:

5/10 An odd experience verging on the bad. Good facilities, girls that seem to be nice and then in an organised fashion cockblock with pricing that is beyond my willingness to pay. (Maybe I'm the riff-raff they're keeping out?)

Would I come back? Not unless something changes with the pricing by these girls. This club perhaps, sadly, just isn't for me. This disappointment is perhaps the biggest I've experienced so far in FKK land as everything else is great, but the crucial point of having good sex in an FKK club at a fair price isn't there.

I let them know at the front desk on my way out in what verged on a tirade (No, I was nice but clearly frustrated). They diplomatically took the feedback.

When I look back in my very short FKK experience I realise that ladies around 30 provided better service. This Isabelle we are talking about is in the top list of Palace and she is always a good company outside the room as well, I enjoy talking with her, she is always enthusiastic when she see me.

Mr Ho regarding upsell in Palace I must say that I have met a couple of girls that provide really great service for 100-150 max. I cannot tell you about 50/30 because I have never given that amount to a lady. I have done 100/ hour in example which included BBBJ, DATY, GFE and CIM and of course fuck. So in that case the VFM was high not only for the services but for the quality of the services. Lets say around 9 for me. But I have also paid much more for much worst service so in that case the VFM was around 2-3. So Palace regarding upsell is just like the look of the girls. You cannot find average VFM money it will be either very good or bad. Up or down.

Another thing I notice is that there is a lot of variety in the quality of the service. Some girls don't know how to touch a dick, how to take a blow job and what to do to turn on a man. The most important for a man in these clubs is not to be a fool.

Once in palace, I got great service for 50 euro 30 min session from romanian stunner. So it is depend, but 150 euro per one hour is what I call mild upselling that is within acceptable level if GFE is provided, but lately in this two years of all my visit, negotiation is too intense and extreme that make me choose NRW over Hessen area.

I do not mind mild upsell of 150 per one hour, but extreme upsell really make me choose other destination options for FKK trip.

I went in Palac last Monday night. The club wasn't very crowded. Good food and good cleanliness! Very nice rooms, large and with glasses. Good Kino! I like this new style of club in the main area, like Sharks.

25-30 maximum girl. Nice Line up.

I talk with Isabelle but I didn't get convivial. I don't remember other girl but was nice and not too aggressive.

I went with Chiara, De good session brunette, good session 1 hour and Chiara, Uk, brunette stunning body, half hour very good session.

Very nice club! Near the city and transportation all night with N1 tram in "Industriehof" or "Fishstein".

A pity we didn't meet each other by chance. Speaking Italian I'm always a little bit more careful when a girl tries to make me believe being from Italy. And as this woman I mentioned was in talks with two I suppose regular German guys I didn't imagine her to be Italian. There was another woman, rather tall and always hanging around in the cinema, Mia, with whom I got a really nice chat and who also pretended being Italian with origin from Bologna. But her ex-husband is Romanian.

I went late at Palace just to see the new look so not sure if we could meet. But next time you are very welcome to chat and have a drink.
