Now to give a brief introduction let me explain what is Halala or Nikah Halala? Halala is an Islamic term which means something which is lawful or permissible. On the other hand Haram is another Islamic term which means Illegal or not permissible. So Nikah Halala means the marriage which is permissible and lawful. Suppose a Muslim man gives divorce or talaq to his wife, his wife becomes Haram to him. It means that now they are separated. Suppose afterwards with their mutual consent, the husband and wife decide to reconcile again to save their marriage, the woman can marry her 1st original husband only in the condition that she gets married to a second man, sleep with her for a night and have sex. The 2nd man after enjoying the lady for full night will give divorce to the woman the next morning. Then again she becomes Halal and is no more a Haram. Now after having sex with the second man and getting divorce from second man, she is eligible for getting married to her first husband. This is the whole concept of Nikah Halala. The person who conducts such Halala is called a Maulvi and he takes a fee from the divorcee to have sex with her and then gives divorce so that she can marry her first husband.

Now coming to your 1st question of is it for real and does it happen in Mumbai?

My answer- Yes it is for real and it does happen in Mumbai. Certain areas in South Bombay and Bandra have certain Halala centres where many divorced ladies go for this. But mind you this practice is unlawful under sharia laws also. It happens very secretively in Mumbai. In the Halala centres, the maulvis charge a certain fee from the Muslim woman to perform the Halala.

Now you will ask me how it is related to mongering? It's that it's a general urge among many of the non-Muslims to have sex with a Muslim woman. I mean not the regular indies but the conservative housewives. So Halala mongering is an opportunity to get in touch with the concerned maulvis so that he can set up a night meeting with the Muslim ladies. Some may ask if Hindu men are also allowed? Well my friend, mongering cuts across caste, religion, ethnicity, so yes Hindu men are also given a chance to taste Muslim women for a night. For that a small fee is charged from the Hindu men and given to the maulvis who will arrange the Muslim women for one night. The next morning the maulvi himself declares that the Halala was successful and the women are now Haram. The maulvi gives opportunity to non Muslims also because of huge supply of Muslim women and he needs more money. So he distributes the task of sex to non Muslims also to reduce his work load. Each maulvi can take around 4-5 women per night according to my knowledge. So the mauvis make money also and have sex with completely unknown Muslim women.

Now another aspect is that the women are kept completely under darkness about whom she is going to spend her night with, whether with the maulvi, the partner of maulvi, or some non Muslim men. But the women don't worry about all this, they are only concerned about having sex and getting divorce the next morning to go back to their original husband. That's why this mongering term Halala mongering is used. It's an excellent opportunity for stranger men, both Muslims and non- Muslims to have sex with beautiful conservative Muslim women, some as young as 20 years old, some lactating with small babies, etc. As per my knowledge many Muslims and non Muslims have enjoyed in Mumbai in certain Halala centers. Once you get in touch with the maulvis, they even send you whatsapp message and pics of ladies who will come to them for this purpose. Hence this ritual has taken the shape of a serious mongering activity. Also as per records, the biggest Halala centers are present in Hyderabad where even the rich Arabs and Sheikhs from Arab countries come for this purpose. But there are certain pros and cons of this Halala mongering. From a non Muslim persons point of view they can be as follows.

Pros-.

2) The cost involved is very less, not what we spend on shitty indies discussed in ISG.
