The 2nd man after enjoying the lady for full night will give divorce to the woman the next morning. Then again she becomes Halal and is no more a Haram. Now after having sex with the second man and getting divorce from second man, she is eligible for getting married to her first husband. This is the whole concept of Nikah Halala. The person who conducts such Halala is called a Maulvi and he takes a fee from the divorcee to have sex with her and then gives divorce so that she can marry her first husband..
