Greedy she is bro. She had charged me 3 Kafter quoting 4, also her place is in a congested residential area where the cooler doesn't cover whole window & you can see others walking past. She isn't polished as well & almost whole of Delhi has done her. If she charges 7-7.5 K for whole night then its OK or if you don't have any other option & you are really desperate.
