6.) Few excerpts of this post already present in the forum as part of my earlier replies.

In many of the FRs, our punters take an analogy of our hobby with racing and girls with a car. It's obvious that some times accidents do happen. Also, in our hobby, we can catch skin venereal diseases which is analogous to scratches or dents.

Even though the world's second most populous country, sex is a secret topic in India, still there is a stigma associated with sexual health discussion, consultation and treatment (Please note, not a broad generalization here).

When I didn't login to forum for more than two weeks, I received a PM from one of our forum member about PEP as he had an exposure with a WG. Unfortunately, I've seen that PM after so many days and responded. As I've gone through similar ordeal, I thought of documenting whatever the information I know.

In this post, I will try to document:

1.) List of Doctors whom we can consult in Bangalore in case of an accident or dents / scratches.

2.) List of diagnostic-centers / pathology-labs to get tested.

3.) Early diagnosis testing after a major accident / exposure due to Airbag Failure.

4.) List of Doctors to be avoided.

1.) List of Doctors whom we can consult in Bangalore:

I.) This doctor name is same as the super senior member userid "IAmRamesh86". He is a senior doctor in internal medicine and member of the Indian AIDS society. He practices at Money-Pal hospital in Old Vimana-Nildana Road. He had a stroke attack and communicates through his nurse. Only issue is that nurse gives moral lecture as part of counseling! On a lighter note, she told me that they see an average 20 cases of condom breakage / slip / burst per week.

With due to respect, I hope 'IamRamesh86' sir doesn't mind for quoting his user-ID.

Ii.) Just Google infektiondoktorbangalore dot com. He practices in Opollo Hospital located in South Bangalore's famous Zoo Park Road. He is a pretty much straight forward doctor with no non-sense of moral teaching etc. ;.

Iii.) Just Google doktorswati dot com. Her clinic name is same as the networking company specialized in Data Center Switching headed by Jayshree Ullal.

Note:- I've not consulted this doctor personally.

In both Bangalore and Delhi forums, I've seen posts mentioning exorbitant rates about PEP. Trust me, PEP never costs more than 3 K and if some one is quoting exorbitant rates, don't believe them. As far as I know there are two 3-in-1 drug brands manufactured by Sipla for this purpose. One goes by the name of 'Vir-a-day' and other goes by the name of 'Tri-o-day'.

You can also visit Bowring Hospital which is COE (Center Of Excellence) for consultation, counseling and treatment. But, I've never visited there. You can refer to ksaps dot gov dot in for more details.

Iv.) Doctor you can consult for the skin venereal diseases (Except HIV).

I found him to be friendly, open minded (no moral classes). His name is same as the famous Indian Hindi Playback singer whose name Starts with 'M' and his last name is Mathur. This singer has won National award for best play back singer for "Kai Baar Yuhi Dekha Hai" song. This doctor also practices at the above mentioned Money-Pal hospital.

2.) List of diagnostic-centers / pathology-labs:

I still remember that day when lady receptionist was shouting HIV Westernblot and all the awkward stares of the people.

Based on my limited research, you can get discretely tested in:

I.) Lalaji's Pathological Laboratories located across the Bangalore. There an STI panel costs around 2800 INR.

Ii.) Aar-Thi Scan Diagnostics, they are one of the major diagnostic centers in Chennai. They have branches in Victory Nagar of South Bangalore and ExPM Nagar. Here we don't have a package like STI panel but the cumulative charges for individual ala-carte tests costs around the same price 2800 INR.

At Lalaji's lab we get combo result of IgG & IgM for HSV (I &II). However, the advantage here is that we will get individual IgG & IgM result for HSV (I&II).

Iii.) Google, doktorsafehands dot com, it should be self explanatory. In Bangalore, they have tie-up with path-kare-labs located near LE house of locality named after famous Bengali Poet who penned our Indian National Anthem. Through this portal, you will get results through e-mail and a telephonic consultation with a Doctor. My experience with this portal was good.

Note:- Here replace doktor with short-form / salutation, e. G. , Mister. Mr.

Iv.) Pre-marital screening in Opollo Hospital located in South Bangalore, famous Zoo Park Road. Here to get the pre-marital screening test done, one need to book an appointment though. Here the list of tests doesn't cover all the STI panel. With this pre-marital screening package, one gets free Urologist consultation.

3.) Early diagnosis / testing after a major accident / exposure:

After my accident in this March, I spent decent amount of time reading about this topic on Quora, Reddit, various research papers and interacted with former volunteers through Quora. As per my knowledge, after a week of exposure, the best suitable tests are P24 Antigen and PCR RNA for the two types of strains.

You can get these tests done through docktorsafehands. Also, you can get these tests done directly at the above mentioned path-kare-lab. Actually, many of the diagnostic centers and hospitals in Bangalore outsource their samples to this center for back-end processing.

Addendum:

After the Window period, you can do Antibodies test. There are different methods like ELISA and ELFA, I found that ELFA is newer test compared ELISA. We can get ELFA antibodies test done at Opollo Hospital located in famous Zoo Park Road of South Bangalore.

4.) List of Doctors to be avoided:

There is this famous doctor who runs the Kosmetic-Skin-Kare-Klinic in KMGL. This clinic is near to the KMGL LE house. He has tried to extract money from me by scaring me and prescribed plethora of un-necessary tests.

(This is subjective again and it was my personal experience. In no way, I am generalizing this to the whole Doctor Community).

I will conclude my post by emphasizing that this post is meant purely for preliminary awareness purpose and one should always seek medical help to ascertain level of risk associated with an exposure.

Few years back, first I tried to take services of America Man, to my bad luck or good luck, on the very same day I have read a news in Bangalore Mirror that he was busted after a person sent an e-mail to LE head after he got HIV infection. I still remember that news item and that LE head name starting with famous God in Mantralaya. Later I contacted an SP named Sanjay who used to have LinkedIn profile. Infact I was surprised when he was using LinkedIn for this purpose. When I contacted him, He spoke sarcastically in a humiliating manner when I tried to negotiate. This was followed by Sanik Spa and famous Madiwala Temple. Luckily escaped and backed off from the last two incidents..

First and foremost I sincerely thank all the forum members who responded and helped me over PMs for the past one year. I thank all of your for all your time and help, with out your help a non-attractive ugly introvert like me could not score on my own to satisfy my carnal desires.

Brothers, my sincere thanks to all of you for your response with out any anticipation. Infact, Casanova12 brother advised me to post FRs, build trust and rapport so that Seniors will help me. Salute to you brothers. I still have your PMs in my inbox.

I'd also like to convey my sincere thanks to all the Super Senior Members who are here for many years and don't shy away to tell the bitter truth.

Past one year has been a mixed bag for me on all aspects. Lots of downs, personally and professionally. I started my mongering with a threesome and in the third month I had a condom slip incident. With in 3 months of starting this hobby, I started PEP. It was really worst and tough time. Though I was more panic due to 'Initial Mongering Anxiety', taking that PEP pill makes one think twice about this hobby and be more cautious. However, during those 3 months of window time, I was on my toes, read a lot about sexual health. It's like whole world comes down.

There have been many posts by the seniors about Safety and Security tips to practice mongering. One who reads through the forum should be able to find them. I won't re-invent the wheel by repeating the same points, but I want to mention few points from health or safe sex perspective solely from my personal experience. Most of this is like a distilled information already present in the forum. I absolutely take no personal credit.

i.) Don't shave your public hair just before or on the day of deed, cuts and open sores can expose you to STD / STIs or folliculitis.

ii.) Invest good amount of time in choosing right condom and always ensure to wear it properly. Believe me investing in good quality condom is essential. Always carry your own condom. After all, it's the barrier between you and a disease.

iii.) DFK, BBJ / BBBJ and DATY is individual choice, but be aware about the STD / STIs and skin infections, especially infections due to drug resistant / superbug strains so that you can take a calculated risk or informed decision. Also, Google about HPV in Men.

iv.) If you're an MP guy and going to suck a therapist tits, ensure she cleans before the deed or ask her to clean them. In my personal experience, after the deed, majority of the therapists simply pull up their bra and move on. Eventually one ends up cleaning the dried saliva of the previous punter.

v.) At the moment, there is no vaccine for HEPC, but there is a vaccine for HEPB, since we're into this hobby get HEPB vaccine, each shot doesn't cost more than 140 INR.

vi.) During the foreplay, before kissing and licking the WG, have a clear inspection of the body especially on the lips, private parts, back side of ear lobes.

vii.) Avoid sex with a WG, If you or both of you are intoxicated or high.

viii.) Get periodically tested at-least once in 6 months, also before testing ensure to wait for the window time. Especially if you've a spouse or you are entering to wedlock, make sure to get tested.

At the risk of being rude, I would also like to share some of my thoughts on forum etiquette.

i.) Initially when I started, I used to feel some of the responses from super seniors as harsh. But it took time for me to let the reality synch in. Just because we've taken membership, please don't think that we can get contacts and get laid. Though it sounds idealistic, it is individual members choice to share a contact or not.

ii.) Never get yourself named as Number Collector. In my initial days, I used to send PMs to whoever posted FRs. Later, one member warned and educated me about it. Ask for information only if you've Time, Money and Energy to venture out. I try to consciously follow this advice (some times, I might miss it), if I've taken a contact and unable to venture out, I'll inform the fellow member about my situation.

iii.) Don't write Fake FRs, seniors here know it very well.

iv.) Identify which is your area of interest activity MPs or SPs or Indies. As per me, there are very genuine seniors here specialized in each category, who will really go out of the way to help you once we build trust / rapport. Many times, they suggested new food even with out me asking.

v.) Never, I repeat never ever breach the TRUST, BRO-CODE. If a member is sharing you a contact, he is sharing based on mutual trust.

vi.) Lastly, most importantly, if some one responds to your PM or post, say, Thank you.

I will stop my rosy retrospection and also list my mistakes and learnings.

i.) In my initial days, sent PMs to members left, right and center. I now try to ask contacts only when in need.

ii.) Once a senior member told me about an MP and a therapist name and advised not to quote his name, with tongue slip, I told his name when therapist asked who told about her. I later realized my mistake, apologized profoundly to the senior member. To till date, I feel guilty for that tongue slip.

iii.) In the past couple of months, I spent recklessly with out thinking about future and was on borderline addiction. Luckily I realized it and came out of it mostly. I started going for long walks, practicing meditation and started investing my time in brushing up and honing new skills.
