Tthe reference in the FR is of different girl named Bipasha (nick name Bips) - a Bengali girl who used to be quite famous because of her look, service and supposedly bright brain. If you explore BLR forum 2-3 yrs back, you can find enough FR about her with the name of Bips.

2nd thing. The writer is suggesting that if Bips doesn't maintain her body well (as she is gaining weight) then she will be lost story like butter chicken from Delhi forum and he has attached pics of Bitter chicken to validate his claim. But I think butter chicken is still being served in Delhi. Isn't it? .

The subject matter of above post seems to be our (in) famous Butter Chicken A. K. A. Neha. I found it amusing how she is described in the FR and, I quote:

Finally after long time of lurking in the forum, I finally got a break.

Russian was one of my most awaited milestone. Got number of SP T from a trusted senior. Pinged the chap and the pics were sent. Decent collection. Asked him the rates at which he said 5 k per shot and 16 k for full night. I didn't think I'd enjoy more than 1 shot so I said let's go for the shot. There are many spas on that mall. Have tried a couple of them.

I think you can try RB spa on ground floor, had a good experience with NE.
