My two cents on what could be your problem.

1) Have your BP checked you could be suffering from hypertension.

2) Check if you have diabetes.

Which brand are you using.

I tried Shilajit gold and I can't feel any difference.

How long are you taking and how are you all taking?

Is there dosing and timing.

I guess my problem is mental due to watching too much porn.

If your problem is mental, then try ashagandha powder. Drink it by mixing 3 gm of powder in warm milk, in the afternoon or evening, whichever suits you. I am using ashwagandha powder of dabur, it's really effective.

Ms P (NE): Most fair and good looking among whole lot but little bit on heavier side. Very sweet voice and agree for 2 K after bit of bargain that includes BBJ, B2B. No DFK but allows sucking to hearts content, BJ just for name sake. At the end, agreed for FS but protection was unavailable.
