I don't remember his name correctly, might be Aakash or Suraj. Few months back, even after booking an appointment with a specific therapist, he purposefully asked her to attend another customer and lied to me. The rubbing of salt into disappointment was his inquiry about massage feedback.

He seems to have started at BP as a housekeeping person since beginning and loyal to Ms. M and other partner. So they wanted to reward his loyalty and promoted him as a hair-stylist and also training him at front desk. Few therapists there call him sarcastically as Kutta (Dog) for his loyalty to management. He apparently uses this bait and switch technique so that the customer visits again for a session with the missed therapist. I never had such experience when Ms. K used to attend front-desk..

I also agree with you that BP is now not worth the money for the counter charges they collect. When I tried to negotiate for NB price, Ms.M(co-owner) told me that for NB price, they won't allow selection of therapist.

Similar technique is now followed at Pronoun also. Their front desk is very bad now. One receptionist Ms. A (busty Kannada girl wearing glasses) is over proud and other new receptionist Ms. G (not NE lady) also follows the same bait and switch technique. Earlier there used to be another NE receptionist named Ms. G, who used to manage front desk better.
