Well, the bad news is that those are probably some of the best beds you will find. Where have you been mongering besides Brasil? In Brasil those are amongst the best beds you will find unfortunately, at clinicas. Its one of the reasons, amongst many, that I prefer to receive ladies at my apartment rather than at the clinica. The beds are usually OK at best. Even in the better places, the spend a lot of money on the decor but skimp on the quality of the beds. They also skimp on the tables inside the rooms, and hangers for clothes. Sometimes there is a HUGE room, with a teeny tiny little bedside table and nothing else, no coat stand or hangers. Its a bit annoying, but hey, the ladies usually more than make up for it. I wouldn't for better beds and poorer ladies.

I done my share of the world tour, Mex, SEA, FKKs, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Arg, and I agree with you Rovnak, the outcall is the best option for me as well. But being newbie to Brazil, I rather try what service are already on offer, explore locations, get the vibe and cost benefit, etc. Not speaking the language, having an airbnb, first timer, makes finding the right girl who will offer me service in my apt to much hassle.

Most places in the world I have gone at least have a crappy bed, meaning a mattress and at the normal bed height. And a good percentage have good to excellent beds. But in the end the service is what matters. I would fuck these girls standing up, LOL.

I went to Chanes 57 last night, loved the place (report to follow), they even had live music for a time and will again tonight. So I will be going back, music starts at 8 pm if anyone wants to toast a beer with me. Come on down.

Ah man! (Banging my forehead against the wall) I finally come to SP for the 1st time, and on the 1st night I arrive when I go to Casarao an important frickin 3 day holiday weekend is happening? So the "bbb" team or "ccc" team of garotas are going to be on display? DAMN.

I tell guys all the time to make sure you check for local holidays online before you make plans to travel! Happened to me on my very first trip to Rio. There is some relatively obscure holiday celebrated only in Rio and no other place in the entire country. Lucky for me it was only for a day and didn't have much of an impact on my trip. As a matter of fact, as I recall I appreciated the break as those beautiful Brazilian girls were wearing me out LOL! But, I took that as an important lesson. Always, always, always check on a country's holidays from a reliable source before you make any solid plans to travel there to monger!

Well you never know, maybe 5 of the most amazing freelancers ever, who are starting out on their 1st night decide to go to Casarao this Friday night Jan 25. (banging my head some more). (Why me!) Come on man!

By the way Gone Fishing, thanks for your Clinica report today. (Banging my head some more on Friday and rest of weekend not being a normal or full capacity of girls weekend).

My only complaint about the rooms and for me its a big one is the bed. Its really just a cushion atop a double stack of wood pallets. Please tell me this is NOT the norm. I was able to ask Sandra and she said all the clinicas have the same setup. I hope she is wrong.

I see that the city has a holiday this Friday. Founding of the city, 465 years, how much will this affect the monger scene from normal? Any thoughts?

First time visiting and pretty much newbie to Brazil. No porto so basically I mumbled my way through the presentation. Around 12 girls mostly 7's in my book. The only 8 to me was Sandra. Lighter skin girl with serious look to her. One shoulder tattoo, see cups, all natural. I enjoy this type of body the most, mostly unblemished, firm to gym body and natural. Facilities are nice, clean, organized and nicely decorated. After telling the front desk girl your selection you follow her to the room. Pay afterwards. The room was large and good size bathroom with shower. Not like some of those cramp places we have all visited. My only complaint about the rooms and for me its a big one is the bed. Its really just a cushion atop a double stack of wood pallets. Please tell me this is NOT the norm. I was able to ask Sandra and she said all the clinicas have the same setup. I hope she is wrong. Her service was great, BBBJ, some kissing, she smokes like most of the ladies so I don't get into the deep kissing with them. Allowed all positions and pretty much lived up to the reputation of the service found in Brazil. When your finished you walk down and tell the front desk which lady you were with and pay. There is a smoking area as you walk in so you can get a group glimpse. Also, one pop, although was able to manage to communicate with Sandra about this. If I understood correctly, you negotiate with the girl ahead of time. Some do, some don't.

There are lots of places who have queen and also king size beds!

As an example, Red Way has a room with a king size bed.

IMO Salvador is going to be a challenge to have a good time there if you don't speak intermediate Portuguese. If you have a baiano friend to be your wingman that is ok. And the Baianos are very friendly to gringos. And the mulatas are even better than the ones from Rio. The trio eletricos are fantastic to be on!

You may expect some decline in the number of garotas, the only place I know for shure to be good regarded to garotas is Tangara, who is going to be open the whole weekend.

Yes, it would be ideal for someone with some Brazil smarts and some Portuguese. I think some experienced travelers who can work ISG and Tripadvisor would be fine, but perhaps that's rare.

Strictly speaking of Carnival, I recommend that men in their 20's /30's think about going to Salvador. Of course, there is a monger scene. It pales in comparison to SP and Rio, but Salvador Carnival is a blast and great place to take a shot at hooking up with civilian girls visiting from all over Brazil. There is a major gringo stigma in Rio. In Salvador, Brazilian girls will be impressed you found your way there for an event that is simply more Brazilian than touristy. It's not as grand as the Samba parades in the Rio Sambadrome, but it's several days of non-stop street parties with music you will never forget.
