Delhi LE activity is only done after informing the owners or in rear case if the spa owners are crossing all limits most of the spa closed in recent times in Delhi were informed to close the business (there can be any reason) not raided.

Most of the time, LE activities have done based on intel provided by insiders / neighbours. There nothing like in next 20 days LE activities will be done or this month everywhere LE activities will be done. So its all your luck. You can't predict it anyways. Risk and reward is game of probability.
