Saying all that, I always had a great time with girls here, if you can pay and treat her well (and also don't smell like crap) then no reason she won't give you a great time.

For paid mongering, Bangkok is paradise. As options are so many, that they will do their best to please you. Plus girls in BKK do everything. I had some of best bjs (30+ minutes straight) here. After BKK, if you have deep pockets Prague is also great but freckin expensive. Coming back to Asia, Vietnam and Cambodia are good too (though never went to Cambodia). I haven't went to Singapore, Peru and Philippines but heard from others, the scene is good.

Now on dating scene, let me tell it really depends on your game rather than any specific city. But the best chance yoi can have in poor-er countries like which are in south-east Asia. I have banged many girls in BKK without paying. Now if you go to Europe and got no game and then don't keep your expectations high.
