Last week I was visiting a friend working for a bank in Sector 51. I noticed the signage for LW Spa and was immediately reminded of the recent exciting FR posted by brother AnupamGuy about his various visits to this spa. I decided to give it a try and after finishing my meeting went to this first floor spa. As I climbed the steps and opened the door I could see a heated argument between a customer and a middle aged lady (who I found later was the Spa receptionist). Without interrupting I just stood watching what was going on. The customer seemed very upset about something but was speaking in a calm manner and asking for a refund of Rs 200. I heard him tell the lady that it is not about money but about principle. In response the reception was speaking in a very rude, loud and threatening voice saying she will not refund the money. The customer said the spa was cheating customers and that he will complain but the receptionist said she does not care.

Seeing the commotion and fearing that this may result in LE involvement I decided to leave immediately and returned to where my car was parked. Just as I was about to start my vehicle I noticed this customer reach a car parked right next to mine. While opening the door of his car he was also dialing his mobile. He soon started a conversation with someone but was not aware that I was sitting in a car next to his and could hear him. From the conversation it was clear that he was talking to someone senior in authority whom he knew very well. I was able to hear most of the conversation and kind of got the full picture..

There is a police chowky very close to this spa and I often see a police car / van parked close to the spa. Called the receptionist and asked her about this, she informed me that the cops are aware of happens inside but don't take action unless the supply from the spa stops or is delayed or a high up mantri complains under pressure from local residents.

The last couple of days have been really crazy and tbh exciting.
