Bro,

Though I'm not a urologist but can share my experience with you, how it helps. Kegel are good exercise and should be done on daily basis if one has PE problem it really helps in controlling ejaculation but results are visible after a month or two. I was facing PE problem too and was very embarrassed to get physical with any woman. For controlling ejaculation one needs to physically (by kegel) and psychologically train our mind. Either of two won't help much but both of them will do the job. I restricted my self from watching erotic content completely and focused just on real thing. A bit of.

Controlled breathing during intercourse is necessary. Follow with 4 shallow and then 1 deep thrust. Practice at least 40 sets of these. Remember whenever you feel to ejaculate stop there itself and start again. In few months your body and mind will accustom to it. Then try achieving higher goal of 8 shallow 1 deep. This will increase the stamina.

The process will take time (about year) but will work wonders. Also keep doing kegel exercise regularly.
